Registration and Fee Information
Registration includes lunch Friday, supper Friday, lunch Saturday,
and all meeting facilities and refreshments. For those staying at the Embassy Suites,
a hot cooked-to-order breakfast is complimentary.
You may register online at any time before the conference or in person at the conference,
although we highly recommend early registration, to avoid the higher late registration fee.
Please note that the registration fee is required of all participants, whether
making a presentation or not. Regrettably, there are no scholarships, fellowships,
fee waivers, or refunds on the registration fees that can be offered by the conference.
The general registration fee is $250.00 (USD) through September 10, 2013. After that the rate goes up to $300.00.
The general student rate is $200.00 (USD) through September 10, 2013. After that the rate goes up to $250.00.
